“Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!”

“Great stay in a great location.”

“I put on weight due to the superb food and helpful staff. Cannot critisise at all”

“Absolute gem of a place. Sarah is very hospitable and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day thank you.”

“Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound”

“The only good thing about the property was the location. The room was clean, but very uncomfortable with low beds, no remote for the TV , a broken chair, and the slow stream of shower water was far too hot. The owners are clearly trying to sell the property.”

“A splendid setting for a comfortable overnight stay and enjoyable breakfast. Although they do not cater for evening meals, we were directed to the Joiner's Arms restaurant a mile away that provided a nice meal with pleasant atmosphere.”

“Pub encantador tradicional. Las habitaciones rurales tienen lo suficiente para descansar. El wifi no va muy bien. Patio trasero agradable. Desayuno cocinado tradicional.”

“Excellent.”
