Butterlake Vacations

The hotel is old and needs a complete remodel. even the this that are old show wear and lack of maintenance. The room was a good size, but again carpet was torn, sofa was worn, bathroom fixtures leaked. But the room rate reflects the quality. So if you don't mind old and a bit dirty , I think it was a good value.

For a room for over $300 a night all items in the mini bar had a thick covering of dust. TV did not work and had to call to have maintenance come and fix it. Ate at Bobby's burgers $32.00 for a burger fries and a drink I could have got for $11 at In N Out. Thr amount paid for the room to Expedia then once you get there as additional $100? $20 to park when you are staying in the property you are staying at?
