Extremely friendly staff, and very quiet in a beautiful rural area (Ketzin). Bus 642 to Wustermark every hour and 650 as well. Single room was small however, it was clean with a private bathroom with shower well equipped with clean towels and shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. A 24 hour public transportation ticket costs €10.70

Reception closed in the weekend

Reception closed all weekend, sth not informed about when checking in Friday at 18:00!!! Thus we were not able to settle bill in morning B4 leaving. Result: CC used only for guarantee was charged :( 24hrs check-in means automat requiring a pin-code. Nice room with ok size TV. Lovely surroundings. Clean. Good shower/bathroom. Good breakfast which we were not able to enjoy as didn't start until 08:00 on Sat/Sun (we had to leave at 08:15 to catch a ferry). No cofffee/tea facility in room.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das einzige kleine Manko, der schlüssel war nicht wie telefonisch vereinbart in der schlüsselbox. Aber es war noch jemand an der Rezeption, so daß wir unseren schlüssel dann dort bekommen haben.

Ideale Unterkunft ausserhalb von Berlin. Frühstüch war ausreichend und gut. Personal beim Frühstück füllte sofort auf. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur die Anreise mit den Schlüsselbriefkasten. Leider hat es bei uns nicht so richtig funktioniert. Telefonisch war auch leider niemand zu erreichen.

Glimrende til en overnatning på vej hjem sydfra. Der er rent og ordentligt, og nøglesystemet ved sen indcheckning fungerer upåklageligt. God plads til parkering på hotellets grund.

Vi havde en overnatning på dette sted i pinsen. Vi havde på forhånd betalt for værelset, men på grund af ferie kunne vi ikke bevise det fra vores bank, da det ikke var registreret endnu. De tjekket det ikke på deres computer, så vi betalte igen for overnatningen og tænkte det ikke ville blive et problem, at få pengene tilbage, men det blev det. Hotels.com har rykket dem flere gange og det har vi også, de svare overhoved ikke tilbage og vi har stadig ikke fået vores penge og tænker ikke vi får dem, men har betalt dobbelt pris for værelset. Vi kan ikke anbefale stedet, med mindre du har en kvittering i hånden, hvor de kan se din betaling på værelset.

Estivemos duas noites neste hotel. Equipe muito simpática, hotel limpo, café da manhã bom, quarto grade, estacionamento grande. Como estava muito quente (40°C) sentimos falta de ar condicionado mas como levamos ventilador, deu pra aguentar a noite. Voltarei, se tiver oportunidade.
