“We stayed for a week over Christmas. The room was clean, comfy and fairly modern. The staff were amazing; helpful and respectful every time we spoke to them. The breakfast was good; selection of cereals, yogurts, fruit and pastries for a light breakfast. Sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans if you wanted something hot. Overall, excellent value for money!”

“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

“Overall, this was a 4.5 Star stay and I’m very thankful to all the people who made this nice stay possible. The wonderful staff (5 stars!) included Brandon who was terrifically helpful each morning when I went to the coffee bar, but also volunteered to help me when I missed housekeeping one morning (he approached me when the line for reception was long, so he’s obviously also helpful to his team). “The place is very good located at the heart of the city. Just 10 minute walk to Oxford-Road train station and 15 minute walk or less to Picadilly Station. There are lots of restaurants and take aways close to the place. City Center is just 5 to 10 minute walk. The hotel is pretty good and personnel very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is average, I think it should be imporved. Overall stay was grat ! Thanks !”
