The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, made me and my family feel comfortable, helped us with any queries we had and made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you @Darius for everything u have done for me and my family. Great atmosphere at the hotel itself very clean and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to travel to Manchester and are looking for a hotel to stay in 10/10.

We did not think the food was particularly up to the standard of the hotel as a whole. We would have preferred to have paid a little more for a more interesting menu. It was well cooked and nicely presented just a little boring unfortunately and not much choice. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent with lots to choose from and beautifully cooked. The staff were polite and extremely helpful and the room and hotel was spotless and of a high standard.

Overall the staff at reception were so approachable helpful and pleasant it made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive choices. Spa was disappointing no appointments for spa treatments available and no jacuzzi! Would return.
