“Staff were polite and courteous and gave us a room upgrade on arrival which was unexpected but very nice. Large room, clean with a nice big bathroom, room was nice and warm and had all the amenitrequired for a short stay. Breakfast was very good with quality ingredients, overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to return.”

“We selected the property due to its charming Tudor features, which are a continued theme throughout. On arrival, staff were warm and friendly and showed us to our room. Similarly at breakfast, the staff member was friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast spread including pastries, fruits and an option for a cooked breakfast. Our room had large beams, a four poster bed, original windows and an excellent view of the high street. The bathroom however could do with some upkeep as the decor is...

“Pequeña y horrible casita con unas pocas habitaciones diminutas y muy básicas que cobran a precio de 4* con muy mal servicio ”

“Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. ”

The laundry room was extremely helpful. We can't say enough about the welcome, the help and the cottage itself. Our dog, Zoe, loved this place also!”

“We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was very easy to find, a short walk from the free car park and a stroll to the main street and many pubs, shops and eateries in Burford. The cottage is cosy but spacious for a family, with a well equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. We ate at the Farmer's Dog, the Bull and the Lamb Inn, all of which were great. The free car park is limited to 12 in every 24 hours so isn't somewhere you can leave you car over the weekend. On Friday night every...
