“Reception staff were exceptionally helpful, but the bathroom did have mould in the shower and the showerhead didn't work the first day, but the reception staff organised a plumber immediately. Also one of toiler paper holders was broken.
Whilst the reception staff were fabulous I did not think that I should be reporting faults which should have been picked up by the cleaning staff and reported before the room was occupied.
The food and staff at the hotel were excellent.”

“Pool and kids jumping pillow were great.
Unit was a real dive. Air conditioning in living area didn’t reach the bedrooms so temperature became unbearable and certainly unable to sleep in. Would not recommend, especially given the price point. MUCH better options in town.”

“Reception was very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. While a little old it was well equipped - our biggest problem was finding instructions, for the aircon, the microwave, and the bathroom heating, which we didn't work out until just as we were leaving. We hadn't realised that there were rooms in the older / historic bit of the property, which we would have been interested in booking had we known they were there.”
