“Had airport transfer with this booking, called when I collected baggage, informed them of my location at airport and was told they would not be long. Waited 20 minutes called again and was told they do not pick up from my location, asked where then, told me wait and would collect me at my location, finally arrived after another 10 minutes and in conversation with other passengers who were on the same flight, they were all told different pick up spots at airport, other then that it was good”

“No opening windows for fresh air.
The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel.”
