“Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining. “The front desk staff was very nice and competent . Property clean , including lobby area. Breakfast was just continental . Cleaning service was not really great. Even after leaving the make up room card on door ( something you have to remember to do if you want it ) they did not service the room anyhow . I had to ask for a soap refill, towels and toilet paper. Soap was not filled upon arrival . Front office staff was super attentive but that actually should be done without having to ask. Overall...
