Vacations Close To Broadway at the Beach

The hotel was nice, the concierge people were very nice and the front desk girl that checked us in was nice. There is a Starbucks thats in the hotel Bistro and my husband went to get a coffee and the girls ignored him until another couple walked in THEN they decided to help him. They apparently did that to a woman as well because she was complaining loudly at the front desk. They also state in the advertisement they are a 7 minute walk from the boardwalk and that is not true. So all in all It was a clean hotel and some staff were nice but I won’t be staying there again.

The property has nice amenities excellent restaurants, beautiful pools beautiful landscaping but the overhead fan in the room didn’t work. We asked it to be repaired. They sent a maintenance man, but when we returned, it was not fixed. Also, the latch on the balcony door was not functioning when we entered the room however it was fixed while we were out. The furniture looks to be dated and worn and very scratched. The heavy Mediterranean furniture seems to be out of place in a beach resort. Otherwise the view from my room was beautiful. We had an unobstructed view of the waterway. The front desk staff was very slow in processing people on admission however the valets parking the cars were on task and working quickly. Overall, it was a so so experience.

The room was super clean. Staff were super nice. The only thing we wish we knew before going is that the tiki bar and coffee shop wasn’t up in business but all in all it was in great condition.
