“Beautiful location. Ideally situated for the South West Coastal Path. Lovely pub atmosphere with a good restaurant. Local beer. Staff were helpful on site. Parking. Room was cosy but had everything that you needed. Lovely shower.”

“Staff didn’t seem bothered about none locals Had to wait 35 minutes for pudding Had Gastroenteritis next day not sure why Room was advised at £108 including breakfast was charged £134.30 this makes breakfast £26 You can walk in and have breakfast for £15 🤔 Don’t think I will stay there again”

“Lovely old building, beautifully clean and comfortable. Steve and Fiona were very welcoming and kind. Also, they cooked a mean breakfast from a varied menu. It was delicious. The only downside was the lack of parking outside The Bakehouse. It proved to be very difficult but the upside was that approx 60 yards away was a Car Park for only £3.30 for 24 hours! Highly recommend The Bakehouse if you are planning a visit to East Devon.”
