“This stay was perfect the pub and accommodation offered a warm old fashioned authentic overnight stay for 4 of us in a family room. The staff were kind and friendly and made you feel like an important guest. The home made food was delicious and service was prompt and professional and choice and ingredients very good and traditional. If you are looking for a traditional Norfolk pub stay this would be perfect.”

“This is a wonderful example of historic English buildings that have been updated for modern stays without losing their architectural quirks and historical oddities. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
