“My room was adjacent to the highway and so noisy that sleep was challenging. Overall a very nice property, but the trucks rumbling by was disruptive. Please consider noise-proofing the rooms…better quality windows with additional insulation would be a huge improvement. Also, no breakfast served in the dining room…no decaf coffee at the limited coffee bar.”

“En la habitacion las patas de las camas estan salidas hacia afuera y mi esposo se pegó y se rompió el dedo del pie, Tuvimos que ir al hospital con la emergencia y el Manager del hotel solo nos dió la direccion del hospital. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

“The breakfast service is very poor. The woman at the counter is very rude to the guests, which spoils the breakfast. There is no permanent coffee service for guests. The rooms are not quiet. For sure there must be better places to stay at Lewiston. The truth is that there is no good service policy in the establishment.”

“This hotel was terrible. The images portrayed on the Expedia ad were not representative of the actual property in the state it is in. We were booked in a “platinum” room. The room smelled of must and cigarettes. The staff were limited to the two ladies at the check-in. They were under equipped to deal with everything that was going wrong. There was no toilet paper or towels. There wasn’t any hot water and water came out of the ceiling above the shower. Every garbage bin was full of beer...

“This is a wonderful place! It feels homey and cozy, yet it’s private, quiet and convenient. This place offers coffee and tea all day and night, as well as a space where to do work if you need it (separate from your room), and its own parking. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and it’s just a beautiful historical building in a great location. ”
