“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“Easy check in. We had contacted in advance about early check in options as our plane landed at 8.30am but this could not be guaranteed until the day unless we bought in advance the day before. We decided not too and the host contacted us in the morning to say we could head straight from the airport - this was so helpful. On arrival, check in was easy and smooth.
