Apart-hoteles en Boksburg

“The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff did a great job with housekeeping, regularly cleaning the room, emptying the trash, and providing fresh bathroom towels. I also appreciated the location—it felt safe and secure, and the available parking made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience.”

“Great Location, but a Very Inconsistent Experience The location is definitely one of the biggest positives of this property. Unfortunately, there are quite a few downsides. The air conditioning is poor, and having only two pool daybeds for a property accommodating potentially 600–1,000 guests is simply ridiculous. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...

“The best hotel in Joburg!”

“I dont have the right room when I check in no compensation, no response when I write.”

“Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. After almost an hour trying to get them to resolve it, we left to get another hotel. Contacted Expedia in real time - equally worthless. Promised to get a refund. None has happened.”
