Safety was a HUGE factor! Single women, disabled, young, & elderly will all be comfortable here. Very well lit in & out; Room doors are several inches thick, Super Heavy, & feel like they're made of solid steel. Nobody is kicking these doors in. Plus they have key lock & Heavy Latch on inside. Staff Very helpful! Over the top! Im in wheelchair & ALL have Really Gone out of their way to help me in last 3+ months. Unfortunately, every other day for the last 5 days, Corporate (Owners) have come down & systematically fired all but 4 of them! So we shall see where we are in the next weeks. AND, Apparently, my Entire ACCOUNT HISTORY has been DELETED (Owner Error? Not his SW & antiquated equipment) as if I've never been here at all & Owner is beside himself! He's Sending people to pound on my door every few hours. I have MS Symptoms & can't just jump up at a moment's notice & go thru online banking records to prove my right to be here. But, I just go back to sleep h peacefully ignore issue, & staff person knows me h has probably skipped a few times & stood up for me. But, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Many residents 1+ yrs; several 3+ yrs! Many of them have pets - mostly dogs of ALL Sizes (ankle-biters to Dobermans).

This hotel is a joke. I paid for a my reservation and upon arriving from out of state for the Mammoth March I had to wait in a long line at the front desk that never actually moved. Once 10 pm hit the front desk lady said that she was closing and not checking anyone else in and we’d have to cancel so after driving 3.5 hours, I had to scramble at 10pm to find somewhere else to stay. There were also people that were already checked in waiting because their room keys weren’t working, at least like 10 or more people. Don’t waste your time with this hotel, just book the Best Western right next door. Way friendlier staff and very helpful after such a stressful experience

The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable

You Get What You Pay For

First time staying at this type of hotel. It was the cheapest around, but I guess you get what you pay for. Had to wait for a long time just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The bed felt like a sofa sleeper or bunk bed with a noisy and weak metal spring base. Positives were that it was faily clean and good water pressure.

Showed up ( with our confirmation) and no staff at the counter , a half dozen people waiting, and just a number to call to inform us that they double booked our rooms and we had no place to stay for the night. Can’t prove it but we were all pretty sure there were staff in the back hiding and just not wanting to talk to us face to face. Pitiful!! I know things happen but dang own up to it.
