Apart-hoteles en Biñán

“Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel”

“Property is good but need updating. Accuracy of address need to be more precise. I have to ask a couple of people for direction to the property. it could be frustrating for non locals specially if they do not speak Filipino”

“well-maintained facilities and a peaceful atmosphere, Eastbay Residence truly stands out as a fantastic living experience. Highly recommend! ”
