“This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...

“We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night.”
