“They did not give me the room I booked, they gave me a very basic one which was old and not in the best conditions, I could not even stay for 1 night, did not feel comfortable at all”

“Bodde på victory homestay i 5 netter på et av privat rommene. Rommet var rent og hadde masse plass. Sengen var behagelig, og det var fungerende vifte i taket og aircondition. Men det som virkelig sto ut for meg var de som drev dette hotellet. De sørget alltid for at vi hadde det vi trengte og hadde alltid klar en kanne med te som var gratis for gjestene. “I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”
