“This property is undergoing renovations and our room was almost done. It was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to ensure mugs are clean and there needs to be more than a little cup and one large mug.”

“Easy access, central to local activities and tourism. The place was well kept and the accommodation was comfortable without being too extravagant. Have stayed there a few times over the last few years. Try to book one of the field view rooms, its quieter away from the road and you'll enjoy the outlook.”

“Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”

“We had a pleasant time in Mercure Hunter valley . It is very close to Hunter valley gardens, and village. Excellent location walking distance to places to eat and enjoy coffee etc. Our room had a great view towards the lake and vineyard. Easy parking spot right in front of room area.”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”
