Great stay. It’s clean practical and great. In past there has been issues but I was happy this stay . Only feedback is please allow deliveries to door , maybe ask drivers to see their order/request .

Not very clean this visit there’s a sewerage smell sometimes or food smell in side lobby and apartment. Soaps are very poor. It’s just good to sleep and shower and not spend day there.

It’s important to know whether a hotel has a staff on the premises. I booked my stay via Hotels.com. First, I received a confusing message about my credit card being declined & my reservation being canceled. I called the number for clarification & I was told the message was errant. I then received the information regarding the passcodes for the front door & the door to my room. I had to wait in a cafe next door because it’s not possible to check in early at an automated hotel. I don’t recall being informed that this hotel is actually an automated human storage facility. But the neighborhood was good at least before the war.

Excellent customer service, very friendly prompt and responsive. only need to update the deposit amount on add. Room refurbished nicely and comfortable, only disruptions were to wifi but i think that may be a country provider problem rather than the property itself. some smell in bathroom but perhaps due to old plumbing in the city, not in control of proprietor. overall room was nice and spacious, very nicely situated in the heart of the action. very presentable premises.

I stayed at Anoor Studios & Apartments in Gemmayze, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Beirut’s lively and artistic Gemmayze district, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The studio was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the space had everything I needed for both work and rest. What made the stay especially memorable was the warmth and kindness of the people—special thanks to Yazan and Sherbel, and to everyone working in the building. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like family. Whether you're visiting Beirut for work, leisure, or a bit of both, I highly recommend Anoor Studios. I’ve stayed here many times. I love it. It is very good value especially this time in the past. I didn’t like the customer service but this time the representative downstairs brought my stuff up to me late at night. I really appreciate it. For management please allow drivers to come to the room especially Delivery drivers.

Good location , clean , value for what you pay only bad thing is the customer service team. The concierge at from can’t help with anything to do with check in. Check in was very delayed and the concierge couldn’t do anything it’s all online and they were not answering the phone so I spent one hour waiting to hear back and constant calling.

It is not the best . Acceptable standard. The customer service is shocking there is no one to talk to. I called the online reservations team multiple times within two hours last night 11 PM and no one was answering. The reception can’t help you at all. They refer you to a WhatsApp number . See if you have assistance during your stay , don’t bother.

The room itself is esthetically nice looking and is well equipped. However, my stay was horrible as there was constant noise nuisance that did not let me sleep. The room is not insolated at all from noise coming from within the building. There is a nightclub on the gf, a construction project below the room and you can hear everything happening in the lobby. Nothing of these were mentioned in the publication. Moreover, and contrary to what is listed, there is no parking on premises (one of the reasons for my booking initially). Costumer service did nothing to resolve, they kept trying to justify themselves and ended up ignoring me at end. I left a week before my stay ended and booked a new place because I could not get any sleep.

I was charged twice for my stay!!! Anoor hotel charged me for the stay I already payed for on hotels.com. They said it was for the security deposit but they charged my credit card for the full amount of my stay and never gave back the money! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

O espaço está muito bem localizado, perto de hotéis e restaurantes. Por outro lado, isso faz com que os arredores sejam barulhentos. Os quartos têm vidros duplos, o que ajuda a reduzir o ruído, mas nos andares mais baixos o barulho ainda entra. A limpeza do espaço estava impecável, mas não oferecem limpeza gratuita para hospedagens mais longas. A cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada. A equipe no local é super agradável e prestativa, mas é muito complicado resolver qualquer problema com o host. O processo de checkin também poderia ser menos burocrático e mais ágil. Cheguei a ficar mais de uma hora com as malas na recepção esperando para conseguir entrar no apartamento. Em conclusão: recomendo para hospedagens mais curtas.

Boendet var så fint och stort och rent. Det finns elektricitet, varm vatten och wifi (lite svag) hela tiden. Det var så mysigt och bekvämt. Ljud från gatan låter in till rummet men inget som stör så mycket. Det var super mysigt att sitta på balkongen på kvällarna och kolla på alla bilar och människor som befann sig där. Nackdelen var endast att det inte fanns städning. Jag hade uppskattat att det fanns en mopp eller en kvast så jag kan städa golv och damm då jag befann mig där i 2 veckor. Gratis parkering finns på gatorna men är svårt att hitta under helger pga barer och klubbar som blir fulla.
