Chalets en Beckwith

“We reserved the king bed and when we got there it wasn’t available. We ended up with 2 doubles. We were given 2 bottles of warm no name water for the mix up. Bathtub looked dirty on the bottom and there was hair on the shower walls. The bed was extremely hard. The night stand was not clean there were 3 different spots that had what looked like small spills of some sort. Called down to the front desk and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. They did not know what I was calling for so thankfully...

“interior of rooms were updated. everything was super clean and parking was right outside the room. it was an excellent stay for the night. beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet despite being in Perth.”

“Staff were courteous and welcoming, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable. However a couple of things to address - Shower was weak, with little water flow, almost impossible to get yourself wet. - Security - my room was ground floor. There was no functioning second / bar lock in the room, and the side door from parking lot did not close properly without it being manually slammed. Did not make for safest feel.”
