Just a spectacular hotel! Friendly staff, lovely lobby, bar with good food, clean rooms, free parking all at a very reasonable price. I always try and stay at this hotel when I travel to Ottawa, regardless of where my meetings are. I’ve yet to try the golf course, but it looks spectacular!

Few minor issues: one plug in room did not work, phone by bed did not work but there was a second phone, and black out curtain did not go all the way over. Hotel comped parking for inconvenice. Very comfortable bed. Room very clean, free Aquafina water in fridge. I highly recommend hotel.

My small family stays here several times a year. It's always a wonderful stay, with the outdoor pool experience and the jazz bar. The Brookstreet is closer to the restaurant district and Tanger outlets then maps would suggest, which is great.
