It would have been easier if I’d gotten the explanation in the mail. But the person I spoke to was really helpful and did her best to help me through it all. “We loved this property and area as a whole and to be in Sherborne was fantastic anyway, and so close to the Abbey was beautiful in itself. The in-house staff were brilliant and very helpful too with anything we needed, but I’m afraid the general up keep of the building and facilities in Room 1 (family size) were poor in places like broken fixtures and fittings etc, like the cracked toilet seat lid, the broken (and not working) shaving light and shaver power socket on the mirror in the bathroom...
