“The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. Most of the hot dishes appeared to be processed foods so a wider selection of fresh protein choices would be welcome. Since the...

“Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. ”

“Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. ”

“Need transportation if stay here.”

“The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory.”

“Great hotel inside the airport. Easy check-in, the room (single plus) was spacious, new, clean and veey comfortable. Bathroom and shower were big. Great offer to eat and buy thing as soon as you get out of the hotel, since it's inside the terminal KLIA2.”

“Super bien”

“Que solo ahi podia estar! Que olia la alfombra, como a sucio”

“I would like to share my honest feedback regarding our stay. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing from the time we arrived. There was a delay in check-in, which I understood given the hotel’s occupancy, and the staff assisting us was accommodating. However, we also experienced a long wait for our luggage, to the extent that I eventually had to collect the heavy bags myself. The late checkout arrangement was also initially handled rather rigidly, despite being highlighted as...
