“I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. ”

“The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay.
A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!”

“Tout était parfait dommage que notre voisin de chambre s’est montré trop bruyant tôt le matin (appels téléphoniques, télévision, crachats). Nous avions une chambre qui peut communiquer avec la chambre voisine. ”

“I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. Opened the window to help air out the smell. At...

“The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel.
Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them).
Bathroom needs upgrade.
The only good thing about this property is the location.
