“I think the property was excellent overall, it is a beautiful hotel and looks like no expense has been spared. WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. ”

“I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. “Room is clean, cozy and colorful. Everything would be great if only no problem with toilet. It can't flushing. Too tired to ask the technician as it's quite late when arrived at hotel. Please fix the problem and keep it up.”
