“Reception was rude and my it difficult as if the rules were carved in stone ignoring the fact we had been traveling for 20 hours and could have been more considerate and compromise We have used this hotel several times before and never before encountering a stone wall and the rules being more important then the clients well being However once he left the desk we were helped by a lady who put herself out and understood our predicament and was very accomadating ”

“No pude dormir en toda la noche mi habitación era en planta baja y se escuchaba absolutamente todos los ruidos de habitaciones de arriba y cada vez que la puerta se abrió. A su vez la cama hacia mucho ruido. Recepcionistas muy amables y la ubicación del hotel muy buena”
