“This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!”

“Pros * Beautiful property in a fantastic location. * The hotel manager handled our complaint professionally, apologized personally, and genuinely tried to improve our experience. * The small café by the pool had outstanding, friendly, and efficient service. * The second dinner at Flor de Sal was much better, and the food was good. Cons * Paid for two Full Ocean View rooms, but one was clearly only a partial ocean view. Reception’s response was simply, “It is what it is.” * First dinner at...

“Muy bueno en general!! ”

“Instalaciones muy completas, limpias y ordenadas.”

“Resort fantastico, totalmente recomendable”

“Beautiful hotel, but in a very busy area. I will say the breakfast was awful. Not to our taste. No change in options from day to day. The views from the Monica collection was spectacular. There is a fabulous restaurant on the beach called the beach cafe that provided romantic, delicious meals in the evening. Overall we had a nice stay”
