“It wasn't a terrific stay. First they gave out a second key card to another couple for our room. Lucky my hubby was dressed. Then when we returned to our room we were locked out. They had disabled our key card. The bed was comfortable. The room wasn't. Room was for two people but only one dining chair, the only other thing to sit on was the bed. Barely enough room on the bench to make a cup of tea.”

“We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....

“Excelente!! La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. La limpieza diaria fue buena.
Lo mejor fue la atención de todo el personal: siempre muy amables y con gran predisposición para ayudar. El restaurante es muy bueno a pesar de no ser caro y la mujer que atendía las mesas muy amable y servicial. Lo mismo con la mujer que atendía la recepción (no recuerdo el nombre).
