Az-Zarqa Vacations

Very nice work

I expected a bit more courtesy for a repeat customer that stayed in the hotel 3 times within a month's time more or less. I was in Amman to attend a funeral and leave early in the morning next day. I arrived early and asked if I could go to the breakfast area to have a coffee and something to eat, but they directed me to the lounge cafe staff who were very unhelpful and told me to scan a QR code on the table for the menu which I could not find! The next day I left even before the breakfast service started.

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel this is not the one .. but will give them credits for the good staff there and location of it.

El hotel es bonito para una sola noche, No me gustó que el parqueo es en la calle cuando la Propiedad dice parqueo incluido.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind! While the shower stall could definitely use an update to meet standard expectations, everything else was fantastic. Other than that minor detail, I highly recommend staying here.
