“Todo okay. Gracias………………..”

“Great hotel, super convenient for early flights out of Stanstead, good breakfast inocluded? Yes please!”

Internet funciona bien”

“No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay. Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...

“The room was in poor condition. Cracked tiles, no bin, no toilet brush, stained napkins and I found multiple hairs around the room. Not worth the money that I paid and won't be staying again.”

The second time I booked my room around 8pm for check-in the same day. I somehow booked the following weekend (my bad). I turned up at the hotel less than 4 hours later and found out my error. However, the hotel refused to refund my payment despite recognizing my obvious mistake and me paying again for another room with the...
