“Had reservations about using the toaster; chopping boards and electric oven due to cleanliness issues. And the floor needs a good proper clean. Otherwise good overall for the money. Good hot water flow for shower. Great towels. Good wifi connection No outdoor light working. Plenty of lights in lounge area and bedrooms, pity could not dim them. “Staff were happy and welcoming on arrival and explained the security boom gate and what I needed to do. When I booked I advised of my mobility issues but I did not expect quite a big step into the shower without a hand rail. The advertisement explained that all units are ground floor and wheelchair accessible. I was offered a ramp to access the unit and I said the steps would be ok. I would recommend a handrail on the exterior steps in some units for people who require a bit of stability on the...
