It’s nice to be trusted with lovely crockery and a huge range of cooking appliances. Some other places we’ve visited are third-rate with minimal amounts of crockery. Even provided with decent BIG towels for the bathroom and a very serviceable tea towel to dry dishes. Great job Padthaway Caravan Park! Pleasant hostess to top off the deal. We’ll be back!

The cabin was simple but had lovely extra touches like fresh flowers and prints on the wall. The kitchen was well equipped and the heater warmed the cabin quickly. The bed was comfortable with fresh clean linen and great pillows. The surrounds with bushes and trees meant there were plenty of birds to greet us in the morning. I recommend this Caravan Park on your travels in SA.

Lovely location within a beautiful bush gorden setting. Comfortable bed with nice pillows, warm wool quilt and electric blanket. Exceptionally helpful reception staff. The floor and bathroom in the cabin were dusty/dirty which was off putting. Shower had good prsssure and hot water. Good size kitchen.

The Lorikeet Lodge was surprisingly lovely for a cabin in a caravan park. It was a nice surprise to have the 'animal farm' within a stone's throw of the front door, complete with a kangaroo, ducks, chickens and a sheep and goat. The staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. The showers and bathrooms were fantastic, and it should be noted that there are two showers and two toilets in the Lorikeet Lodge, which I thought was quite amazing and wonderful travelling with 4 other females (two teenage and one adult). Everyone could get ready in their own space. The bedrooms all have air conditioning too which was greatly appreciated. Overall a very nice stay, so much so we wish we could have stayed another night!! Thank you!!

Fully equipped kitchen, lots of bedding provided which was great as the night was cooler than expected. Loved the little farm with kangaroo, emu, goat and sheep right outside our door. Our cabin was very private and we felt like we were the only people around. Fabulous experience, would stay here again.
