“Hermoso lugar la vista espectacular... el personal muy amable. ”

“We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

“Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. ”

“The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

“Hotel is great, staff very helpfull. I will like to stay here next time. ”

“Overall i had a great time at the property.”

There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...

“Hard to access the hotel. Room itself was ok for a night of transit.”

“I enjoyed two nights at Amor Haven, it was very peaceful and relaxing, there are great views all around, local monkeys and good restaurants nearby. It is good value and I recommend it.”

“Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.”
