When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”

“The apartment was spacious and spotless, really good location for walking into the city centre. The on street parking was easy to find. My only complaints would be that just 1 small towel per person was not enough and the twin room had just one lumpy pillow for each bed - other than this a really good stay”
