“On arriving the property was very difficult to find and when l did find it my room was occupied by someone else. I was given the room next-door which was dark and unwelcoming. Neither the room or the surroundings were as advertised, photos were totally misleading. I was absolutely discussed by the level of cleanliness and left immediately finding myself having to find somewhere else to stay at 8.30 in the evening and £364 out of pocket. Will not be using Expedia ever again!!”

“Room comfy, clean. Staff v. Friendly except for breakfast when a cup of tea never arrived and no toast with scrambled egg, asked for some just brought bread, no butter. Gave up. Evening dinner, freat menu, amazing tasty food and staff attentive and seemed to enjoy serving me and the family I invited over.”
