“When you enter the property, it looks like you're getting into a horror movie, it has an open lift which I find very dangerous, the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor and when you arrive looks much better, so don't be afraid when you see the entrance. The room was good and the staff very kind, but since I was working from my room I need a good internet connection, which was terrible. Working from there was a nightmare. They have 3 or 4 different wifi connections, ask for all of them, and switch...

“This hotel is a great surprise! The location is minutes from the Egyptian Museum but it's hard to find because the name is not outside the building (you enter a doorway to Museum Plaza Hostel and it's on the 4th floor). So clean and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. A bit noisy because of location (where is quiet in Cairo!) perfect base to explore Downtown Cairo. As I was leaving before breakfast, they offered me a breakfast box. I recommend.”

“Hotel con mucha vida en el centro de El Cairo, a pie del Río Nilo, rodeado de restaurantes y todo tipo de entretenimiento. El personal del hotel es increíble, empezando por Nadia, en recepción, nos hizo la estancia maravillosa. En el bar del Lobby, la amabilidad es exquisita, Mohamed Ali en el taxi del hotel…. Todo es increíble. Por poner un pero, no hay alcohol, pero enfrente está el Four Seasons, solo cruzar y te puedes tomar lo que quieras. Volveríamos al mismo hotel sin dudar.”

“Due to a maintenance problem, I was offered to change rooms. The hotel was proactive and offered compensation for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. The staff is constantly asking if everything is satisfactory, which gives the guest the opportunity to bring something to their attention and for the hotel to rectify it, if necessary.”
