A super organized staff, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Hisham the concierge, yousef mariam & abanob in housekeeping, georgus and all the minas and chefs at the outside pool, mostafa the towel worker, and mariam at the reception bar. This hotel is a dream. Very attentive staff, nice rooms and great pool area. We also liked the Chinese restaurant ! Around the hotel is absolutely nothing interesting, but it is close to the airport and if all you want is to relax at the pool, get some tan and eat nice food, maybe work out a little and take a day trip to the pyramids before returning home, this is exactly what you’re looking for. Quite close to the airport also (but you won’t hear planes!)

Despite being a very beautiful hotel with an amazing staff the rooms are not soundproof and the limited dining options at the hotel and nearby takes some of the allure away from this hotel.
