“Terrible experience, they canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. “Young Katy and her team are doing a great job! Really good value motel at a service station - one of the best I've stayed in. If you're on a budget this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Chester: friendly, welcoming, loads of parking (!) including electric charging right outside. Comfortable room, dog friendly (laminate flooring). The only thing missing is a towel rail in the bathroom! I'd stay again (always the best recommendation!)”

“Clean room, easy check in, nice pool ,sauna etc. Good location. Downsides- £7.50 parking overnight parking is too high- why do we have to pay as a guest when room rate is already quite high plus breakfast not included? Pool area by showers and changing room was dirty and full of hair etc. Starbucks breakfast teacake was stale. Easy check out. It's very busy and can get noisy.”
