Our stay at Hope St Hotel was everything we wanted it to be. The customer service was superb, polite and efficient service was provided. We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate in both of the hotel restaurants. We were particularly impressed by The London Carriage Works. Everyone was really professional, helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean. The tea and coffee selection were very good as were the bathoom products. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Liverpool.
