“The hotel is in horrible condition . No hoteater, air conditioning jot working.”

“Nice”

“Calm peace fresh air location easy three wheeler or taxi ride from Bagdogra airport or Railway station. The property has everything you need within it's garden. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Bed comfortable air conditioning great shower luxurious WiFi fast. A great personal touch was the care of Arun. He helped us with small details and spoke good English to foreigners. All the staff made us welcome after long flights and after extra days we leave happy 😊 Travelling is hard. ...

“Rude staff in the morning. No troubleshooting”

“Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“You get what you pay for and this hotel could be a 3-star but because of no staff in charge of presentation of the property, it hovers between 1 & 2 star level. It looks like absentee owners, who do no oversight of the hotel, but just use it as an investment money-earner. Pros: * Wifi works very well.

“Clean rooms and spacious. Staffs are amicable. Breakfast was good. Little bit noisy if you are an early sleeper. Other than that it was a great experience.”

“it is a new property still developing, rooms are good, reception and vehicle passing by at reception point is reducing their reputation. They have swimming pool which we used and which should not be mentioned as swimming pool, by making people go to that pool they are only spoiling their better image otherwise. Their restaurant is very beautiful and staff is excellent”

“Everything ok except that there was no gym.”

“Limited”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean”

“Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Linen was a little worn but acceptable. Food was really good”

“It looks Grand from the outside but has cheesy furniture, no way to charge ines electronics, so so food, smileless front desk staff. No Bueno. Never again.”

“Property was nice but the staff looked a bit confused. They were not able to provide all the required services. Overall experience was good but not great which is expected from a 5 star resort. Otherwise the property feels good.”
