“Rude and not polite people...they did not effort in speaking English...I arrived tired having to suffer the traffic of the city with a delay on my flight and instead of supporting they were not welcoming...I will never come back and I will not recommend this hotel and change”

The team managed the issue in no time and was proposed a new room with higher standard than my original room. The hotel is accessible by the subway (2 major stations are at 10mn walking distance)”
