There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to show up
The first night we slept in a hot room. The A/C was not working and it was 90+ degrees in Bethesda. They finally fixed the A/C the next day
As if it were not enough, when checking in we were told "the room will be cleaned every other day" to which we replied that nowhere in the reservation the Hotel said that cleaning was not going to be donde everyday. We asked why and...
