“Muy deteriorado y el baño sucio”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Glendale. The hotel is in a nice area, close to shopping centers and restaurants. It was clean and nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and pleasant, and the kitchenette was a great feature. It was well equipped for preparing simple meals, and all the appliances, including the refrigerator, worked properly. The elevators also worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that...

“Excelente”

“Pretty decent. Clean and comfortable bed. Useful iron. I like the area where it’s located, looks nice and safe. Good stores and restaurants close by. I only did not like how dark the room was since our window did not face the parking but a hallway. Would stay here again.”

“No había ascensor.

“I booked a single bed online and payment was allowed at check-out, so I took that. When I got there about an hour after check-in opened, he told me they had given the room out and my reservation was cancelled "because I hadn't paid". He had no other rooms and basically told me to go away. I stood and argued and eventually his wife came and they found a double room which I could use until a single one was ready. Later they said I may as well stay in it. It had wifi. The room was old and run down,...

“The room is not that big , it has almost nothing on it , not too much towels , they charge you a 20 dolar guest and u have to pay it cash , they have an atm out side the lobby but i dont really trust that it can be tricked, the girl thats in the office barely speaks english , the lobby smells really bad , it has almost no parking , and the place is really small the jacuzzi takes forever to be full of water . Really bad , i would highly recomend stay at the motel 6 rigth in front of this hotel..”

“This property was excellent for our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance or a short driving distance from stores, dining, and shops. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had.”
