“Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. “A wonderful B&B, Jane and Kevin really attentive hosts, room modern with a vintage twist, clean and ample space, with own bathroom and toilet there was even a rest area with sofas outside our room and plenty of board games to use. Breakfast was excellent and surprisingly all included in the price quoted. Outdoor heated pool an added bonus used it every day for as great. Would recommend.”

“We had such a lovely stay! The house is so unique, our room was beautiful and spotless, as was the en-suite! The couple whose home it is were so kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay, lovely breakfast, and would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of booking.”

“8 day stay. Apartment very comfortable with all amenities. It was as described in photos. Local shops and pubs all good. For us an easy walk into the centre of Brighton along the sea front. Taxis very plentiful if you needed them. ”
