“Das Hotel war wirklich sehr gut gewesen. Zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber da spielen auch wetterbedingte Faktoren. Leider konnte ich keinen Sandstrand entdecken. Das war eigentlich einer der Auswahlpunkte bei uns. Das Personal war zum größtenteils hilfsbereit. Manche Mitarbeiter aus dem Service hatten uns das Gefühl gegeben das wir sie bei privaten Unterhaltungen gestört haben. Zwei Sterne weniger weil aus unserem Zimmer Haribos entwendet wurden. “Instalaciones exteriores , lobby y comedores bien. Las habitacion tenía problema de mantenimiento (aire acondicionado que no enfría, humedad entre los azulejos del baño, un estado viejo y poco mantenido en general). Personal amable y buena comida aunque se repetían las comidas noche- desayuno y almuerzo. Para una escapada con niños de 3-4 dias, siendo tolerante puede ser una buena experiencia. Más tiempo pesarán mucho las carencias. ”

“Siendo una habitación para no fumadores el olor a tabaco era insoportable. Lo reclamamos al hotel y lo único que hicieron fue abrir la ventana. Eso ya lo hicimos nosotros. Ni un pequeño ambientador o cambiar la habitación. O sea, ni caso. Salvo lo anterior, el hotel en general bien.”
