“Es ist seltsam, dass eine Unterkunft, die man sechs Monate im Voraus gebucht hat, bei der Ankunft angeblich nicht verfügbar ist – und nach einigem Hin und Her plötzlich doch. Sonst war alles gut- die Lage, das Essen, die Zimmer, das Personal. Es ist alles schön renoviert. Abends gibt es Unterhaltung. Das Hotel gegenüber war viel zu laut, aber man ist dagegen vorgegangen und die Lautstärke ging zurück. ”

“Arrived in middle of night having been dropped off at hotel.of same name but not right one!! Couldnt find my booking, (grrrr) at 4.oo am ,i was past arguing!! Got a room for night and sorted all out in morning . Very clean, bed was comfortable, aircon was warm which was nice as cold in night. Didnt like the door locks but there was a chain to put on the door... only one plug i could see in room and that wasnt by the bed!! Food was lovely , lots of fresh salad and Turkish traditional dishes ,...

“Unser Urlaub war einfach super! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets bemüht, dass wir rundum zufrieden sind. Das Essen war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, dazu viele leckere Torten, Kuchen und Desserts. Kaffee, Säfte und andere Getränke waren immer frisch und reichlich vorhanden. Außerdem stand uns ein Shuttlebus zum Strand zur Verfügung. Der Kleopatra-Strand war wunderschön und hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder...

“We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room...
