“Good: - Price 37.5 TL (6€) Bad: - The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever seen in a hotel/hostel in my life. - I couldn't pay with the credit card, although when I did the booking it said that they accepted credit cards. - The receptionist tried to charge 10% more than the price of the booking and I had to argue with him for the right exchange. - At 18:30h I went to the reception to say that there was no duvet or blankets in the bedroom. The receptionist told me to come back...

“Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und schnell konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen. Personal war sehr nett in allen Bereichen, freundlich, behilflich, Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Ich werde beim nächsten Alanya Urlaub ganz sicher wieder das Hotel buchen. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels von Mualla Pöge und Alper Akkayan.”
