“The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area. Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. The alarming thing was we returned the second morning and it was still the same. No cleaning had taken place over night. The spa is advertised as a relaxing...

“Location not in walking distance of anything such as stores or railways. Short drive to Portsmouth Harbour. Quiet area.”

“We have stayed at this hotel many times but not for about 3/4 years. We couldn’t believe how run down it has become. The whole place needs to be refurbished. Our sink in the bathroom had a crack in it, carpet had red stains on it. The doors in corridor were all scratched and the carpet was dirty. The chairs we sat in for breakfast were all peeling, although some of them had been replaced. Even the food was not upto much. Got told we would have to wait quite a while for the sausages as none...

“everything was fantastic and I have to give special thanks to Prince for his kindness and helpfulness. A 10 out of 10. Breakfast was really nice.. I will definitely stay there again.”

“The location and available parking was excellent.”
